摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定降血脂药物中L-肉毒碱含量的简便方法.采用Kromasil NH2柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以乙腈∶KH2PO4溶液（6.81g/L,用NaOH调至pH=4.7）=65∶35为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为205nm.结果显示,在用高效液相色谱测试L-肉毒碱（0.4g/L）时,其注射体积在0.5～10L范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,回收率为99.53%,RSD为0.31%.该方法操作简便、快速、有良好的准确度,可作为降血脂药物中L-肉毒碱含量的测定.A high performance liquid chromatograph（HPLC）method was established to determine the content of L-camitine in lipid-lowing drugs.The separarion was performed with Kromasil NH2column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）.The mobile phase consists of a cetonitrile：KH2PO4（6.81g/L,pH=4.7）=65∶35,and the flow rate and detection wavelength are 1.0mL/min and 205nm.Results indicate that,under the optimal conditions,the relationship between the injection volume（0.5-10μL）of L-camitine（0.4g/L）and its peak area was shown to be linear（r=0.999 9）.The recovery was 99.53%,RSD was 0.31%.The method is simple,quick and suitable for the determination of L-carnitine in lipid-lowing drugs.
