公文类政府信息公开存在的问题及对策研究——以重庆市区县级政府门户网站为例

摘　　要：文章以重庆市40个区县政府门户网站为例,通过网站调研的方式,从公文信息公开的类型、组织、界面、检索和传播分享等五个方面调查分析了各区县政府门户网站公文类政府信息公开的现状,分析当前存在的主要问题,并从服务理念、法规标准、组织思路、公开栏目和借鉴经验等方面提出相应对策。This article base on the forty county government portals of Chongqing, investigation and analysis of the current situation of district government information disclosure document class government website from official document information disclosure＇ s type, organization, interface, retrieval and dissemination Share, etc, Pointed out that the main problems at present, on this basis, proposed measures from Service concept, regulations and standards, organization of ideas, open sections and learn from the experience, etc.
