摘  要:采用室内养虫盒、室外养虫笼和野外人工饲养相结合的方法,进行观察发现:6月7日之后的上中旬、8月上中旬和9月中下旬分别对美国白蛾1,2,3代分散幼虫进行生物制剂防治的适期;由于10 d后老熟幼虫下树进入化蛹高峰期,认为6月中下旬、8月中下旬和10月上中旬分别为规模释放周氏啮小蜂对美国白蛾1,2,3代进行生物防治的适期,该研究为正确掌握美国白蛾防治时间打下了良好的基础;试验显示,以0.8×Bs/mL HcNPV+4IU/μL Bt的混剂400 hm2的大面积防治美国白蛾,防治效果均在70%以上,可大面积推广应用;4~5月选用蜂蛹比(种蜂蛹:柞蚕蛹)为125:1(1:40)和100:1(1:50)开展规模繁蜂,繁蜂成功率在85%以上;于2012,2013年规模繁育天敌周氏啮小蜂7亿头以上.分别以放蜂量为37.5,30万头/hm2和22.5万头/hm2,在适期的不同试验点释放,结果显示全省累计防治面积超过1 333.33 hm2,对美国白蛾蛹的寄生效果最高达40.0%和50.0%左右,且放蜂密度与寄生效果相关.We found that the period from 7th to twentieth of June, former twenty days of August, and latter twenty days of September were the biological control optimum stages of 1,2, 3 generation of dispersal larvae of Chouioia cunea. Latter twenty days of June, and of August and former twenty days of October were the optimum stages in massive releasing C. cunea of 1, 2, 3 generation of mature larvae in order to control Hyphantria cunea. By applying concentration of 0.8×106 PIBs/mL + 4 IU/p,L (mixtures of HcNPV + Bt), the control effect was more than 70% in the area of 400 hm2. In the April -May, by selecting 125:1 and 100:1 (wasp: tussah pupae) to carry out large-scale rearing C. cunea, successful breeding rate exceeded 85%. And during 2012 and 2013, by massive raising natural enemies achieved more than 700 millions. The releasing amount of 375 000, 300 000 and 225 000 per hm2 were gained to control H. cunea during optimum stages in the area of more than 1 333.33 hm2. The parasitic effect to the pupae of C. cunea reached 40% and 50% respectively.
