摘 要:目的探讨护理学推免生参与综合素质测试的真实感受,为本科护理教育改革提供依据。方法运用现象学中的深度访谈法,对12名护理学推免生进行半结构式访谈,现场录音和笔录,对转录的访谈资料进行三级编码,归纳主题。结果推免生参与综合素质测试的感受主要有:理论差距的反思——知识结构分布不均衡、英语应用能力反思——阶段性突击以及英语情境缺乏、在校课余生活体验反思——综合素质训练不足。结论护理人文教育、英语学习模式及综合素质训练均需引起高度关注并加以深度改革。Objective To describe the recommended nursing undergraduate students' real feelings during participating in the selection test of comprehensive quality, so as to provide reference for improving the quality of nursing undergraduates education. Methods 12 recommended nursing undergraduate students were surveyed by using deep half-structuraf interviews and were recorded, noted during the whole interviews. Data were analyzed by coding step by step. Results The primary feelings of the participants included: Reflection on theory gap of imbalaneed knowledge structure, competence of English language affected by periodical study and lack of real situation, and comprehensive quality training was weak after classes. Conclusions Nursing humanistic education, English learning styles and comprehensive quality training should be taken seriously and implement deep reform in nursing higher education.
