悦脾乐食汤治疗小儿厌食症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药悦脾乐食汤治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法将200例厌食症患儿随机分为治疗组150例与对照组50例。对照组给予多潘立酮混悬液+双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片口服,治疗组给予中药悦脾乐食汤治疗,疗程4周,观察疗效。结果治疗组患儿的总有效率,以及食欲记分、食量记分、证候总积分的改善均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药过程中未观察到明显不良反应。结论悦脾乐食汤治疗小儿厌食症临床疗效确切,而且安全性良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yuepileshi Decoction therapy for anorexia nervosa .Methods 200 cases of anorexia children were randomly divided into 2 groups , 150 cases for treated group and 50 cases for control group .Patients in control group received Domperidone Suspension and Live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus bacteria tablets , while patients in treated group received Yuepileshi Decoction .The therapeutic effects were observed during the 4-week treatment on all patients .Results The total curative effect , and the improving of appetite score , capacity for eating score and clinical syndrome score of TCM in treated group was better than that in control group.The difference was statistically significant .（P＆lt;0.05）.There was no case of serious adverse effects during the treatments . Conclusion Yuepileshi Decoction has obvious curative effect in treating pediatric anorexia and with good safety .
