摘　　要：目的研究冬菊利咽合剂的生产工艺,以便制备质量稳定的制剂。方法以本制剂中绿原酸的含量为指标,用正交试验优选提取工艺,以绿原酸作为考察指标。结果绿原酸含量高、稳定性好。结论用水提制备的合剂质量稳定、临床疗效好。Objective To study the preparation technology of Dongju Liyan Mixture , so that stable quality preparation can be prepared . Methods With the content of chlorogenic acid in this preparation as index and chlorogenic acid as research index , the best extraction procedure was selected by orthogonal test .Results Chlorogenic acid was in high level and strong stability .Conclusion The mixture with water extraction has both stable quality and good therapy effect .
