摘  要:以1台由静态分离器改造为旋转分离器的中速磨煤机为研究对象,对其分离器特性及其风量特性进行了研究。发现分离器转速越高煤粉细度越细,煤粉均匀性变好;当风煤比偏大时,适当提高分离器转速,可减少因风煤比过大造成的煤粉细度变粗、煤粉均匀性变差的影响。通过优化磨煤机的运行方式,提高了锅炉整体燃烧经济性,可为中速磨煤机改造及运行提供指导。A medium speed mill was modified by adding the dynamic separator instead of the traditional static separator. The characteristics of the dynamic separator was studied by measuring the important parameters such as the pulverized coal fineness and the air coal rate. The pulverized coal will be finer and be distributed better when increasing the rotating speed of the dynamic separator. The properly higher rotating speed of the dynamic separator could weaken the bad impact on the pulverized coal fineness and the coal powder distribution when adopting the high air coal rate. The running parameters of the medium speed mill were optimized and the performance and the economics of boiler were improved, which could be helpful for the reconstruction and running of the medium speed mill.
