摘  要:建立了600 MW汽轮发电机组椭圆瓦轴承的物理模型,应用计算流体力学方法计算分析了椭圆瓦轴承的实际油膜压力特性,通过对比分析得到了进油压力及椭圆度对椭圆轴承稳定性的影响。结果表明:供油压力对轴承的承载能力有明显影响,通过计算得到了确保轴承承载能力的最佳供油压力;椭圆度是影响椭圆瓦轴承稳定性的重要因素,通过分析得出了确保转子-轴承系统稳定运行时的最佳椭圆度。A physical model of elliptical bearing for 600 MW turbo-generator unit was established,the actual oil film pressure properties of elliptical bearing was calculated and analyzed by computational fluid dynamics method. Through the comparison and analysis,the influence of inlet pressure and ellipticity on the stability of elliptic bearing was obtained. The results showed that the oil supply pressure could obviously influence the capacity of the bearing and the optimal oil-taking pressure that ensured the capacity of the bearing was obtained through calculation. Ellipticity is an important factor affecting the stability of elliptical bearings and the optimal ellipticity which ensured the rotor-bearing system to remain stable operation was obtained through analysis.
