摘  要:研究了仿柞丝形多孔微细旦涤纶长丝成形加工条件与涤纶长丝异形度形状保持率和力学性能之间的内在关系。研究表明,仿柞蚕丝多孔微细旦涤纶长丝与柞蚕丝纤维具有相似的截面形态,其成形加工温度选择在288~292℃,环吹风风压为0.20~0.30Pa,温度为18~20℃,卷绕速度控制在2350~2450m/min较为合理,可使熔体细流具备良好的流变性及可纺性,获得较好的仿柞丝型涤纶长丝异形度的形状保持率和力学性能。The inner relation between the forming processing conditions and the degree of profile shape retention and mechanical properties of tussah silk-like type porous superfine polyester filament were researched. The results showed that the tussah silk-like polyester fiber is similar to tussah silk in cross sectional shape, the rheology and spinnability of the melt is fairly well and the tussah silk-like type polyester filament with good mechanical properties and the degree of profile shape retention could be got when the processing condition were as follow : processing temperature 288 - 292 ℃ ,wind-pressure of circular blowing 0.20 -0.30 Pa, temperature of circular blowing 18 ~ 20 ℃, wind speed 2 350 -2 450 m/min.
