摘 要:当前全球极端天气气候事件发生的频率和强度增大,造成的灾害损失不断增加。其中,冷冻害是作物常见的灾害之一,农业部门及各地方政府等相关部门都对农作物灾害的实时监测极为关注。遥感技术的发展为作物冷冻害的监测和预报提供了快速、无损、大面积监测的手段。本文对作物冷冻害遥感监测的主要研究进展进行了综述,并归纳了作物冷冻害遥感监测的主要技术方法。目前国内外关于农作物冷冻害遥感监测,在监测机理、精度、实时性和实用化等方面还存在着较大的不足,还有待于深入研究。对此提出了进一步加强光谱响应机理研究、空基和地基相结合、多源多时相数据互补的解决对策,并进行了展望。The frequency and intensity of extreme weather are appearing the great change on the current global climate events, and disaster losses are increasing. Chilling and freeze injury is one of the most common disasters for crops. Realtime monitoring of crop disaster is extremely concerned by related departments including agricultural departments and local governments. Development of remote sensing techniques provides a fast, non-destructive, large area means of detection for monitoring and forecasting crop chilling and freeze injury. The paper reviewed the current advances in monitoring and forecasting the crop chilling and freeze injury, and summarized the main methods for monitoring crop chilling and freeze injury using remote sensing. In home and abroad, about the technology of remote sensing for monitoring crops chilling and freeze injury had large deficiency in the monitoring mechanism, accuracy, real-time, practical and so on, but needed in future. Finally, the further methods to study the mechanism of spectra response, the combination of spaced-based and ground-based remote sensing and the complementarities between multi-source and multi-temporal remote sensing data are proposed and prospected.
