摘 要:GB 150《压力容器》参考ASMEⅧ-1列入了整体法兰(包括带颈和不带颈)的刚度校核方法,但并未列入活套法兰(包括带颈和不带颈)以及反向法兰的刚度校核方法。在其标准释义中表示,之所以不列入的原因是根据Waters法设计的法兰,在控制各项应力后,具有较大锥颈的法兰其刚度会自动得到满足。此外,带颈活套法兰可以看作为整体法兰,因此,对活套法兰不校核刚度并不影响法兰密封性。文章对此提出了一些看法。In GB150 "Pressure Vessel",referenced with ASME VIII-1,the method of checking the stiffness of integral flange is included.But,the methods of checking the stiffness of loose flanges with and without neck and reverse flange are not included.In the explanation of this standard,it was stated that the flange with comparatively large conical neck and designed with Waters method would automatically meet stiffness requirement when the stresses in flange have been limited;in addition,loose flange with neck can be treated as integral flange so that it need not to be checked in stiffness and its sealing property would not be affected.In this paper,with respect to the above explanations,some different viewpoints were presented.
