梭式止回阀与旋启式止回阀流动特性的数值模拟比较分析  被引量:8

摘  要:利用FLUENT软件,通过与旋启式止回阀比较,分析了梭式止回阀的流动特性。结果表明:梭式止回阀阀腔内压力均匀分布在阀瓣四周,阀瓣受力是轴对称的,没有产生漩涡,以及压力的波动也很少;且梭式止回阀在开度小于15%,流阻小,流动特性好,在即将关闭时,旋启式止回阀压力变化最大点的压力差不多是梭式止回阀的4倍;在开启瞬间,是梭式止回阀的2倍多,为此梭式止回阀不会产生很大的冲击,具有良好的防水锤特性。By using software FLUENT and compared with swing check valve,the flowing characteristics of shuttle check valve were analyzed.It was shown that around clove of shuttle check valve,the pressure is well-distributed,thus the clove is axially forced,and there is no eddy and pressure fluctuation is small.When shuttle check valve has 15% opening,it has good flowing characteristics and with small resistance.When on closing,the pressure at the point with maximum pressure change in swing check valve is around 4 times of that in shuttle check valve;when on opening,the pressure is more than 2 times of that in shuttle valve.Therefore,there is no large pressure impulse in shuttle check valve,and it has good feature in anti- water-hammer.
