摘  要:为研究合生元替代日粮50%抗生素对肉鸭肠道结构的影响,选取1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭200羽,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10羽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂基础日粮中添加4 mg/kg黄霉素、混合芽孢菌和合生元(替代50%黄霉素)。结果显示:合生元替代50%黄霉素能使空肠隐窝深度较对照组变浅12.93%(P<0.05);回肠结构中,合生元组绒毛长度较对照组、抗生素组与复合芽孢菌组分别增加了1.46%(P>0.05)、11.65%(P>0.05)、27.09%(P<0.05),而绒毛高度/隐窝深度指数(V/C)分别增加了13.06%(P>0.05)、27.85%(P<0.05)和19.73%(P<0.05)。结果表明:肉鸭日粮添加合生元替代50%抗生素可提高空肠与回肠绒毛高度,降低隐窝深度,增加V/C值,改善肠道黏膜形态结构,促进肉鸭健康生产。To study the effect of synbiotics containing 50% antibiotic on intestine histomorphometry in meat ducks, 200 Cherry Valley Ducks were randomly divided into four groups,consisting of 5 replicates with 10 ducks per replicate. Control groups were fed basal diet, while experimental groups were fed basal diet added with 4 mg/kg flavomycin, mixtures of probiotics and synbiotics consisted of mixtures of probiotics and Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall.The results showed that:in the jejunum,compared with the control group,the crypt depth in group of synbiotic containing 50% antibiotic was decreased by 12.93% (P 〈 0.05);In the ileal structure,compared with the control group,flavomycin group and probiotic group,the villous height in group of synbiotic containing 50% antibiotic were increased by 1.46%(P 〉 0.05), 11.65%(P 〉 0.05),27.09% (P 〈 0.05),and villous height/crypt depth (V/C)in group of synbiotic containing 50% antibiotic were increased by 13.06% (P 〉 0.05 ), 27.85% (P 〈 0.05 ) and 19.73% (P 〈 0.05 ), respectively.The results showed that synbiotics containing 50% antibiotic could improve digestion and absorption capacity.
