摘　　要：作者对国内知名种业公司进行调研,重点对经营张杂谷的巡天种业和治海种业进行了调研与分析。阐述了2家公司各自的经营模式,分析了各自的优缺点和杂交谷子的种植效益,并指出了谷子产业发展面临的问题。初步明确在春播区种植张杂谷效益明显,在河北夏播区适当晚播可有效减轻谷瘟病的发生。提出应进一步加强相关研究,通过品种更新、农机农艺相结合、延长产业链等促进杂交谷种子产业的发展。The well-known seed companies were investigated, especially Xuntian Seed Company and Zhihai Seed Company, which are operating Zhangza hybrid millet. By investigate and analysis their business model were elaborated, the advantages and disadvantages of each company and the benefits of hybrid millet cultivation were analyzed, and the problems of hybrid millet seed industry were pointed out, then it cleared that Zhangza hybrid millet which cultivated in the spring sowing area had obvious benefits, and which sowed properly late in the summer sowing area of Hebei, could effectively reduce the millet blast. Further researches should be strengthened through varieties updates, combining agricultural and agronomic and extend the industrial chain to promote the industrial development of hybrid millet seeds.
