摘  要:为了研究白掌组培苗在新型光源发光二极管(LED)下的生长状况,以亮叶白掌为试验植物材料,采用以性能稳定的超高亮度红光LED(主波长640 nm)和超高亮蓝光LED(主波长464 nm)为光源材料,探讨了新型光源LED对白掌试管苗移栽后生长的影响,研究适合白掌组培苗移栽后生长的光质条件。结果表明:株高最大值出现在50%R+50%B处理下。在叶长和叶幅方面,光质比为80%R+20%B时达到最大值,且与对照处理间有显著性差异;在根数和根系活力方面,80%R+20%B处理下达到最大值。在根长方面,50%R+50%B处理下达到最大值。在鲜重和干重方面,白掌组培苗在80%R+20%B处理下都达到最大值。在叶绿素含量方面,只有在50%R+50%B处理下高于对照处理,其他的处理也都低于对照处理。综上分析,80%R+20%B处理的白掌组培苗移栽后生长状况最好。In order to study on application of novel radiation(LED) resource in Spathiphyllum floribundum in vitro, the purpose of this experiment was to get high-quality in vitro and large-scale production, adopted theultra bright red(R) blue(B) LED as light emitting materials, to use bright leaves of Spathiphyllum floribundum the experiment plant material to explore the effectiveness of light-emitting diodes and the coldcathode fluorescent lamp in the production for transplanted Spathiphyllum floribundum jamesonii in vitro, todiscuss the best light quality for transplanted Spathiphyllum floribundum in vitro large-scale production and todiscuss the perspective of novel radiation resource LED in Spathiphyllum floribundum in vitro production. Theresults showed that:the stem length reached the maximum in the LED of the red/blue ratio of 5:5. The leafblade and blade width reached the maximum in the LED of the red/blue ratio of 8:2, and there was significantdifference between them and CK. The roots reached the maximum in the LED of the red/blue ratio of 8:2. Theroot length reached the maximum in the LED of the red/blue ratio of 5:5. The fresh weight and dry weight allreached the maximum in the LED of the red/blue ratio of 8:2. Only in the LED of the red/blue ratio of 5:5, thechlorophyll content was higher than CK. The dry matter rate reached the maximum in the LED of the red/blueratio of 7:3. But the root vigor reached the maximum in the LED of the red/blue ratio of 8:2. To sum up, thetransplanted Spathiphyllum floribundum in the LED of the red/blue ratio of 8:2 was under the best growth condition.
