摘 要:为了降低生铁成本,国内钢铁企业普遍增加了低价矿和循环回收料的使用量,这种措施虽然对降低生产成本有利,但却会对炉况稳定顺行产生不利影响,还可能威胁到高炉长寿。在这种不利形势下,高炉操作人员特别需要高炉专家系统的指导和帮助。本文对世界高炉专家系统技术的现状进行了概述,指出我国高炉专家系统的发展方向是立足于国内力量,着力提高系统的可接受性与使用率,并降低开发成本。为此,本文对系统功能选择、系统运行模式的选择、数学模型建立方法、自学习功能的实现、综合应用网络技术等五大问题展开了深入讨论。In order to reduce the hot metal cost,domestic iron and steel enterprises are commonly increasing the consumption of low- price iron ores and circulated retrieval materials. Although the above method is benefit to the reduction of production cost,it would,however,have undesired influences on the stabile and smooth operation of blast furnace,and would also expose threats to long furnace campaign life. Under the unfavorable situation,blast furnace operators particularly need the guidance and assistance of blast furnace expert systems. The present situation of blast furnace expert systems technology in the world is reviewed in the paper. It is pointed out that the orientation of blast furnace expert systems development in China is to pay great attention to the improvement of the system's acceptability and availability,and to reduce the development cost on the basis of domestic power. So,five important issues such as the selection of system function,the selection of system running mode,establishment methods of mathematical models,realization of the self- learning function and combined utilization of networking technology and so on,are discussed thoroughly in the paper.
