摘　　要：文章针对某教学实习船伙食冷库自动控制的要求,应用PLC(可编程控制器)和触摸屏技术设计了一种伙食冷库自动控制装置。伙食冷库主要需实现压缩机和冷库的控制,文章设计了控制系统的硬件组成和控制程序,进而阐述了控制功能的实现和控制流程。结果表明,该控制系统提高了伙食冷库控制系统的可靠性与操作性,维护简单方便,具有广泛的工程应用价值。Aimed at the automatic control requirement of the food cold storage of a practice teaching ship, a food cold storage automatic control device was designed with PLC （program logic eontroler） and touch panel technology. It is necessary to control compressors and cold storage for food cold storage. The hardware and control program were designed, the implementation of control functions and control process were expounded. Results show that the control system improves reliability and operability management more convenient and wide application value of the automatic control system, making maintenance and for engineering.
