摘　　要：Ⅲ建筑气候区夏热冬冷、气候潮湿、环境条件复杂,建筑外墙饰面砖空鼓、脱落等质量事故常引起人员丧亡。在对上海、武汉、南京、杭州等Ⅲ建筑气候区几大城市外墙饰面砖空鼓脱落现象实地调研,并在现有文献基础上,总结分析了造成Ⅲ建筑气候区建筑外墙饰面砖脱落的原因,提出了防治措施;针对外墙饰面砖开裂、空鼓及脱落等提出了相应的修复措施。Quality accident such as hollow cracking,falling,etc.of exterior wall facing tiles has often been reported in Architectural Climatic Region Ⅲ,where the climate is humid,hot in summer and cold in winter, and the environmental condition is complicated.Based on quantity of document,as well as wide spot investi-gations on the phenomenon of hollow cracking and falling of exterior wall facing tiles in several metropolises such as Shanghai,Wuhan,Nanjing,and Hangzhou etc.of Architectural Climatic Region Ⅲ,causes for the falling of exterior wall facing tiles in Architectural Climatic Region Ⅲ was summarized and analysed,and sim-ultaneously prevention methods against it was also presented.Furthermore,some corresponding repair meas-urements against the cracking and falling of exterior wall facing tiles were introduced.
