摘　　要：解放军总医院历时4年开展标准化建设，在学习借鉴国内外医院评审评价标准化工作的基础上，通过建标、贯标、落标、验标，创建了一套每事、每人、每时相互关联制约的，覆盖全员、全流程、全岗位的常态化医院质量安全管理标准体系，着重改进了国内外评审评价标准存在的“突击达标”导向和管理模式与医院日常质量安全管理工作关联不紧密问题，提升了标准化工作的效能。The PLA General Hospital carried out the standardization construction 4 years ago. Based on the reference from overseas and domestic advanced hospital accreditation standards, through the standards＇ establishment, publicity, implementation, proving, it has made a set of hospital routine standard system for quality and safety management, which covered all the staffs, process, roles , and made every event ,every staff, every time related .Emphasized on the gap between the accreditation standards＇ temporal test orientation and hospital＇ s daily quality and safety management, it promoted the efficiency of standardization.
