县级中医医院单病种付费的管理

摘　　要：目的:调查研究县级中医医院单病种付费的实施效果与影响,加强单病种付费工作的监控管理。方法:主要通过问卷调查及专家访谈、座谈等方式收集资料、分析数据。结果:县级中医医院实施单病种付费在规范医疗行为、限制医疗费用增长等方面具有明显效果,但存在一些问题。结论:要结合中医医院发展实际及单病种付费实施中出现的问题,加强临床路径和单病种付费管理,提升单病种付费的管理水平。Objectives： To learn effectiveness and influence of single-disease payment in country-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and to strengthen single disease payment management. Methods： Data were collected by questionnaire, expert interview. Results： The application of single-disease payment has exerted influence in regulating medical behavior, controlling the rising medical expense, but there are some problems. Conclusion： According to the practice of country-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the influence of the single-disease payment, it is necessary to strengthening the management of single-disease payment.
