摘　　要：第二军医大学长海医院通过将现有数据资源与相应的链接功能相结合,创建了以卡片化管理为基础的院前检查服务信息系统,规范院前检查项目,实时跟踪检查进度,及时收治已完成院前检查的患者,有效缩短了患者入院后等待手术时间和平均住院时间,提高了开展院前检查服务科室的工作绩效,实现了医疗资源最大化使用。Based on the integration of existing data resources and related links, card management based pre-hospital test information system is developed. By standardizing pre-hospital test items, real time tracking test service progress and hospitalizing patient who has finished test, the waiting time for surgery and average length of stay has been effectively shortened and performance of pre-hospital test is improved which has promoted medical resources utilization.
