摘　　要：客观、科学、易于操作的评价指标体系是全面掌握与系统分析中国少数民族自治州区域综合竞争力的基础与保障。在借鉴国内外现有研究、充分考虑民族地区经济社会发展特殊性的基础上,构建了少数民族自治州综合竞争力评价指标体系:其中包括少数民族自治州区域综合竞争力的内涵、原则及思路。指标体系设基础竞争力、核心竞争力和主导竞争力3个层次,分基础设施竞争力、产业竞争力等10大体系,下设43项指标。The evaluation index system which is objective, scientific and operable constitutes the foundation and security for the mastery and analysis of the comprehensive competitiveness for minority nationality autonomous prefectures entirely and systematically. On the basis of the present research home and abroad and the specialness of the economic and social development in the ethnic areas, the paper presents the connotations of comprehensive competitiveness, the ideas and principles of the evaluation index system for minority nationality autonomous prefectures, and establishes a set of evaluation index system of comprehensive competitiveness for minority nationality autonomous prefectures consisting of three levels divided into basic competitiveness, core competitiveness and leading competitiveness, ten systems divided into infrastructure competitiveness, industrial competitiveness, science and technology competitiveness and government function competitiveness, and sixty associated indexes.
