少数民族自治州综合竞争力提升研究——基于发展战略模式的视角

摘　　要：拟采用跨案例分析的形式,以延边、伊犁、红河3个少数民族自治州为重点考察样本,以其他27个自治州为辅助考察样本,对中国30个少数民族自治州的综合竞争力构建进行系统梳理与比较分析,并归纳所存在的问题与不足。从资源禀赋、地域特点与特色文化三个维度,对中国少数民族自治州基于发展战略模式的综合竞争力提升途径,给出针对性的对策建议。How to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of minority nationality autonomous prefectures is a hot issue concerned by our government and academic circle. Based on a review of the relevant theories, this paper attempts to make a cross-case analysis of three minority au-tonomous prefectures, Yanbian, Yili and and the Red River which are taken as key samples and 27 other autonomous prefectures as auxiliary samples. A systematic and comprehensive analysis of the comprehensive competitiveness construction of 30 minority nationality autonomous prefec-tures is made and problems are pointed out. Effective strategies for minority nationality autono-mous prefectures to improve their comprehensive competitiveness are presented from the aspects of resources, geographical and cultural characteristics.
