警校大学生人际交往能力的人口学因素研究

摘　　要：采用郑日昌编制的《人际关系综合诊断量表》对848名警校大学生进行测评,了解影响警校大学生人际交往能力的人口学因素。结果显示警校大学生的性别、年级、生源地和家庭经济情况四项人口学因素对其人际交往能力有着显著地影响作用,并存在显著性差异,同时,是否任干部情况对警校大学生的异性交往困扰程度存在显著性差异。The research conducted a survey of 848 police college students with the interpersonal relationship scale designed by Zheng Richang to explore the demographic variables that affect students＇ ability of interpersonal communication. The results show that such demographic variables as gender, grade, the location of their home and family economic situations exert a significant impact on police college students＇ ability of interpersonal communication and that there is significant differences between them. Moreover, there is also significant difference in terms of opposite-sex communication between those who assume student-cadre posts and those who do not.
