复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗手足口病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液在手足口病治疗中的临床疗效。方法:60例患儿被随机分为对照组(n=31)和治疗组(n=29),对照组患儿给予常规治疗(利巴韦林、热毒宁注射液),合并肝损伤的患儿给予还原型谷胱甘肽注射液,合并心肌损害的患儿给予磷酸肌酸钠注射液;治疗组患儿在对照组治疗基础上,加用复方甘草酸苷注射液。观察两组患儿治疗后主要症状、体征消失时间,比较治疗前后ALT、CK-MB改善情况。结果:治疗组患儿精神改善、热退及口腔疱疹消失时间分别为(1.62±0.56)d、(1.52±0.76)d、(3.41±0.73)d,对照组分别为(2.29±0.59)d、(2.19±0.94)d、(3.99±0.98)d;治疗后治疗组患儿ALT指标为(20.1±8.39)U/L,对照组患儿指标为(29.8±12.2)U/L;两组患儿比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,联合应用复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗手足口病,在症状改善及肝功能改善方面效果显著,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective：To explore clinical curative effects of compound glycyrrhizin injection in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods：Totally 60 patients with HFMD were randomly divided into control group （n=31） and treatment group （n=29）. Conventional treatment （ribavirin and reduning injection） was given to control group, reduced glutathione injection was given to those combined with liver damage, and creatine phosphate sodium was given to those with myocardial injury;while treatment group received compound glycyrrhizin injection on the basis of the treatment in control group. The extinction time of the main symptoms and signs of the two groups after the treatment was observed, and the improvement of ALT and CK-MB before and after the treatment was compared. Results：The time of mental improvement, defervescence and disappearance of oral herpes in treatment group was （1. 62± 0.56）d, （1.52±0.76）d, and （3.41±0.73）d; whereas that of control group was （2.29±0.59）d, （2.19±0.94）d, and （3.99± 0.98）d. After the treatment, the index of ALT in treatment group was （20.1±8.39）U/L, while that in control group was （29.8± 12. 2）U/L, and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：The conventional treatment com-bined with compound glycyrrhizin injection in the treatment of HFMD has the significant effects in the improvement of symptoms and liver function, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
