摘　　要：本文对招投标工作的主要程序进行概述,总结了招投标过程中出现的主要问题并提出相应的解决措施,对投标过程中的风险分析提出规避风险的建议。In this paper, the main program of bidding work were summarized. Then we analyzed the main problems in the bidding process and put forward the corresponding settlement measures. Finally, we gave some advices for the risk control.
