摘  要:采用MTT法在不同的时间点检测了不同浓度的吴茱萸碱对S180肉瘤细胞、H22肝癌细胞、人源HepG2肝癌细胞的抑制情况,探讨了吴茱萸碱的体外抗肿瘤活性。结果表明,吴茱萸碱在一定浓度下对S180肉瘤细胞、H22肝癌细胞、人源HepG2肝癌细胞有明显的抑制作用,且随药物浓度的增大,抑制率逐渐增大,与正常组比较作用极其显著。吴茱萸碱作用24h时,对H22肝癌细胞的生长抑制作用较好,IC50值最小(17.49μg·mL-1);作用48h时,对S180肉瘤细胞的抑制作用相对较好,IC50值最小(17.54μg·mL-1);作用72h时,对HepG2肝癌细胞的抑制作用最好,IC50值最小(13.26μg·mL-1)。The inhibition effects of evodiamine at different concentrations after 24 h,48 h,72 h against S180, H22,HepG2 tumor cells growth invitro were investigated by MTT assay.The results indicated that evodiamine could obviously inhibit the growth of S180,H22,HepG2 tumor cells.With the increasing of drug concentra-tions,the inhibition rate of evodiamine against the three tumor cells gradually increased.Furthermore,the inhi-bition rate of each group had extremely significant effect compared with controls.The IC50 values shown the H22 cells were the most sensitive cells to evodiamine in 24 h.However,in 48 h,S180 cells were more sensitive than H22 and HepG2 cells.And in 72 h,HepG2 tumor cells were the most sensitive with IC50 value of 13.26μg·mL-1 .
