摘　　要：分析了水淬高冰镍制取硫酸镍溶液过程中,一段加压浸出工艺操作条件对浸出的影响以及浸后料浆浓密机沉降分离效果的影响因素,介绍了加压浸出过程中异常情况的处理措施。The effects of operation condition on the first-stage pressure leaching process, and the factors that influence the setting-separation effects of pulp thickener during the preparation of nickel sulfate solution with waterquenching high-grade nickel matte were analyzed, and the measures to treat the abnormal conditions existed in pressure leaching process were introduced.
