摘　　要：本文阐述了区域性地图集中加强城区表示的重要性,通过优化传统地图集的内容结构,加大城区地图的比重,从而使地图集能更客观真实地反映当时的社会现实,提高地图集的科学性和使用价值。This paper firstly discusses the importance on strengthening the urban representation in regionalatlas .Then several methods that increase the urban proportion and optimizes the content structure are presented ,which contribute to reflecting the social condition more objectively .The aim of this paper is expected to improving the scientificand applied value of comprehensive atlas .
