摘　　要：随着城市化、机动化进程的加快,交通拥堵和环境污染等问题越来越突出。交通排放是当今全球碳排放量中重要的组成部分,已成为制约城市发展的主要瓶颈之一。如何限制城市交通排放的同时解决城市交通堵塞问题,几乎成了每个国家、每座城市最头疼的一件事。河南省济源市针对上述问题进行了城市低碳交通运输体系建设与研究。With the speeding up of city and motorization process, Traffic congestion and environmental pollution problems are becoming more and more prominent. Traffic emission is an important component of the global carbon emissions, Has become one of the major bottleneck restricting the development of the city. How to restrict the city traffic emissions at the same time to solve the problem of traffic jam in the city, has become almost a matter of every country, every city the most headaches. Jiyuan City, Henan Province, for the above-mentioned problems of urban low-carbon transportation system and research.
