单纯前路减压手术治疗颈椎管狭窄病12例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨单纯颈椎前路减压手术治疗颈椎管狭窄病的疗效。方法收集我院2008年1月-2013年10月期间12例颈椎管狭窄病治疗资料，通过临床表现，JOA评分，影像学特征进行分析，颈椎前路减压手术治疗，门诊随访，功能评价。结果随访3个月～2年，平均1年，摄片未发现不稳定现象，植骨均愈合。前路手术疗效可靠。功能评价：优良9例，可3例。优良率75％，改善率100％。结论对颈髓前致压物所致颈椎管狭窄病例一旦确诊宜尽早手术，应首先采用前路手术，前路手术可直接解除压迫，脊柱稳定，疗效确切。Objective To explore the efficacy of anterior cervical decompression for different types of cervical spinal canal stenosis.Methods From January 2008 to August 2013,12 patients with cervical spinal canal stenosis were retrospectively an-alyzed.All the patients were treated with anterior decompression and were followed up for 3 months to two years .Based on the scores of JOA,the spinal cord function was evaluated .Results The effect of anterior cervical decompression was good .The ex-cellent and good rate was 75%.Conclusion Patients with cervical spinal canal stenosis should receive surgical treatment as soon as symptoms and signs appear .The surgical treatments should be chosen carefully .The efficacy of the anterior decompres-sion is sure , because cervical decompression is direct and complete .
