伊布利特在转复房颤、房扑中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：观察伊布利特转复房颤、房扑的临床效果。方法选择持续房颤或房扑，且发病时间少于3个月患者11例，给予伊布利特静脉注射，分析房颤、房扑患者静脉注射后的转复效果。结果11例患者9例转复窦性心律，2例未转复，转律有效率为54.55％，显效率为27.27％，且使用伊布利特转律的患者转律时间集中于30～40 min。结论伊布利特转复房颤、房扑具有起效快，成功率高，安全性好的特点。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ibutilide in cardioversion of atrial fibrillation （ AF） and atrial flutter （ AFL） .Methods 12 patients with AF and AFL were given intravenous injection of ibutilide and the effect of their cardiover -sion was analyzed .Results 9 patients restored sinus rhythm , and 2 patients failed .Conclusion Ibutilide is characterized by fast effect in cardioversion , high success rate and reliable security .
