浦东某社区居民对全科团队护理服务的利用情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的 :研究分析浦东上钢社区居民对全科团队护理服务的利用情况。方法:采用自行设计的问卷对上钢社区全科团队服务的3个站点150名社区居民进行调查。结果 :社区居民利用过的服务项目为静脉输液等常规项目,对护理服务态度评价较高,但对护理技术水平评价不高。结论 :社区居民对社区护理服务利用度不高。社区站点应拓宽服务项目,提高护理人员的技术水平,促进居民对社区护理的利用。Objective：To study and analyze the residents’ utilization of the nursing service of the general practitioner team in Shanggang Community of Pudong New District. Methods：The selfdesigned questionnaire was used to investigate 150 community residents in the three general practitioner team service stations. Results：The community service items utilized by the community residents were intravenous lfuids and other conventional items. Evaluation of nursing service attitude was high, but the one of technical level was not high. Conclusion：The residents’ utilization degree of nursing service of the general practitioner team is not high. The service items in the community health stations should be expanded, and the technical level of the nursing personnel should be enhanced so that the residents’ utilization of nursing service will be promoted.
