摘 要:采用常压烧结法制备氧化铝陶瓷样品,通过添加CaO-MgO-SiO2(CMS)烧结助剂来降低氧化铝陶瓷的烧结温度。通过设计实验改变烧结助剂的配比来研究其对氧化铝陶瓷性能的影响,以制备出高致密度、介电常数稳定、介电损耗低的氧化铝陶瓷。利用D/MAX-2000/PC型X射线衍射仪来分析氧化铝陶瓷的相组成,利用S-4800型场发射扫描电子显微镜来观察氧化铝陶瓷的微观形貌,利用6500B精密阻抗分析仪测试氧化铝陶瓷的介电性能。结果表明:当MgO的添加量为0.3%(质量分数,下同),当CaO的添加量为1.0%时,样品的介电性能最好(介电常数εr≈9.5,介电损耗tanδ<10-4),其致密度也较高(表观密度达3.7 g·cm-3)。The alumina ceramics were prepared by using conventional sintering method. In order to reduce the sintering temperature, the CaO-MgO-SiO2 (CMS) singtering aids were adding to the materials. The effects of the sintering aids on the dielectric properties of the alumina ceramics wereresearched by changing the ratio of the sintering aids, so as to prepare alumina ceramics with high compactness, stable permittivity, low dielectric loss. D/MAX - 2000/PC type X-ray diffractometer were used to analysis the phase of the samples, S-4800 type scanning electron microscope were used to observe the morphology of the ceramic samples and the dielectric properties were test by the 6500B type Precision impedance analyzer. The results show that when the MgO content is 0.3% and the CaO content is 1.0% , the samples have the best dielectric properties (εr≈9. 5, tanδ〈 10^-4) and the compactness is relatively high (3.7 g· cm^-3).
