摘　　要：本文从数字图书馆用户满意度的评价体系出发,介绍了数字图书馆用户满意度的概念,总结了国内外对数字图书馆用户满意度的研究现状,找出适用于CNKI的评价指标。结合大学生对数字图书馆的使用情况,构建了学生用户满意度的评价体系,以CNKI数字检索平台为例,利用调查问卷法获得相关数据,并利用访谈法收集到目前大学生对于数字图书馆用户满意度的主观评价、对CNKI数字检索平台的意见及建议,从而为完善数字图书馆评价体系提出一些建议。In the terms of the evaluation system of digital library users＇ satisfaction, this paper introduced the concept of the digital library users＇ satisfaction, summed up the domestic and international digital library user satisfaction research, found out that right applies to CNKI＇ s evaluation. Combined with the university students use of digital libraries, constructed the student user satisfaction evaluation system, CNKI digital retrieval platform, for example, take advantage of the questionnaire obtained data, use interviews to collect students subjective evaluation of the digital library user satisfaction and comments and suggestions on the CNKI digital retrieval platform, thus to make some suggestions to improve the digital library evaluation system.
