摘　　要：泛在知识环境下,图书情报组织的物理空间、平台建设、发展环境发生了巨大变化,图书情报界学人必须直面挑战,变革服务机制,创新服务意识、服务理念、服务能力,由文献服务、信息服务、知识服务,转化至以智慧为导向的公共智慧服务,促使用户对知识的求索、应用、创新和"转知成慧"。本文在概述图书情报界知识服务研究的基础上,提出了公共智慧服务是知识服务质的"飞跃"的论点,阐述了公共智慧服务的核心价值与基本特征,探索了实现公共智慧服务的路径及策略。Ubiquitous knowledge environment, the organization of library and space, platform construction, development environment has undergone tremendous c intelligence physical hanges. The field of library and information science must face the challenge, change the service mechanism, the innovative service consciousness, service concept, service ability, from document service, information service, knowledge service, converted to wisdom for public the intelligence services, prompt users to search for knowledge, application, innovation and ＂ to become hui ＂. Based on the introduction of the knowledge service in library and information science on the basis of the research, proposed the public intelligence service knowledge service is a matter of ＂ leap ＂ argument, the article summarizes the public intelligence service ＇s core values and basic characteristics, explores the realization of public wisdom service path and strategy.
