成功救治利多卡因尿道表面麻醉致心脏骤停1例

摘　　要：本文通过报道1例利多卡因尿道表面麻醉致心脏骤停的临床病例,及其治疗转归,分析其原因可能为尿道局部黏膜破损,药物快速入血发生药物过量中毒反应,或由于患者对利多卡因特异质反应所致。得出结论:成功救治的经验在于抢救及时、操作规范。This paper reported 1 clinical case of cardiac arrest induced by lidocaine urethral surface anesthesia and its treatment effect, analyzed its reasons may be related to urethral mucosal damage, the drug absorbed into the blood quickly and then occurred drug overdose toxic reaction, or due to the idiosyncratic reaction of the patient induced by lidocaine, and concluded that the successful treatment experience lies the timely rescue and standardized operation.
