摘  要:对民国时期混凝土建筑中钢筋的表面形状特征进行量测分析,并采用万能试验机对其力学性能进行测试.然后,利用火花直读光谱法和湿法化学分析法测试其化学成分,采用金相显微镜分析其金相组织,并用扫描电子显微镜进行微观形貌分析.试验结果表明,民国建筑中方钢的横肋高度能满足现行规范要求,但横肋间距、横肋之间的间隙总和以及相对肋面积均不能满足现行规范要求.民国建筑中方钢和圆钢均属低碳热轧钢类型,其屈服强度平均值分别为278.60和350.65 MPa,极限抗拉强度平均值分别为375.86和464.37 MPa,强屈比分别为1.35和1.32,断后伸长率平均值分别为32.25%和25.08%.The surface shape characteristics of the reinforcements in reinforced concrete buildings built during the period of the Republic of China are analyzed by the survey method.The tensile properties are also tested by universal testing machine.The chemical compositions are analyzed by combining the spark direct reading spectrograph method with the wet chemical analysis method.The metallographic microstructures are tested by metalloscope.The microstructure analysis is carried out by scanning electron microscope ( SEM) .The test results show that the heights of the transverse ribs of the reinforcements with square sections can meet the current requirements while the spacings be-tween the adjacent transverse ribs, the sums of the gaps between the transverse ribs and the relative rib areas cannot.The reinforcements with square section and those with circular section are low-car-bon hot-rolled steel.The average yield strengths of these two kinds of reinforcements are 278.60 and 350.65 MPa, respectively.The average ultimate tensile strengths are 375.86 and 464.37 MPa, re-spectively.The average ratios of the tensile strength to the yield strength are 1.35 and 1.32, respec-tively.The average elongations are 32.25%and 25.08%, respectively.
