摘  要:广东地区所处的亚热带气候环境对室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV)防污闪涂料的运行具有重要影响。为此,对广东地区不同环境下运行了4~7a的RTV防污闪涂料进行了试验,从涂料绝缘子表面状态、憎水性、憎水迁移性等方面分析了高温高湿、紫外线辐射及多雨水环境对RTV防污闪涂料运行性能的影响,并采用Fourier变换红外光谱分析了RTV涂料中有机硅含量的变化。结果表明,在高温高湿、强紫外线辐射、强降雨量的作用下,RTV防污闪涂料表面状态劣化较为严重。运行时间越长,RTV涂料的憎水性及憎水迁移性越差,市区附近运行了7a的RTV涂料已丧失憎水迁移性。不同污染源对于RTV涂料的性能变化也有一定影响;相同运行时间下,运行于市区附近的RTV涂料性能要好于运行于水泥厂附近的RTV涂料。The subtropical climate in Guangdong region significantly affects the operation of room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber(RTV) antipollution flashover coatings. To this end, we tested the RTV antipollution flashover coatings which had run in different operation environments in Guangdong region for 4-7 years, and analyzed the influences of some factors, such as high temperature and humidity, ultraviolet radiation, and rainy climate, on the performance of the RTV coatings. Moreover, the silicone content of the RTV coatings was analyzed using the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy method. The results indicated that, influenced by high temperature, high humidity, strong ultraviolet radiation, and rainfall, the surface of RTV coatings was seriously deteriorated. The longer the operation period was, the worse the hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity transference of RTV antipollution coatings were. The hydrophobicity transference of the RTV coatings near urban areas was even totally lost after seven years of operation. Moreover, the type of pollution source also influenced the RTV antipollution flashover coatings. After being operated for the same period, the RTV coatings running near the urban area performed better than those rtmlaing near cement plants.
