摘  要:为研究不同污秽成分下绝缘子的污闪特性,以XP-160标准瓷绝缘子为研究对象,通过人工污秽试验测量了不同盐密、不同污秽成分下绝缘子的闪络电压和积分电导率,分析了盐密以及污秽成分对2者的影响,并得到了其污闪特性。结果表明:随着NaCl质量分数的减小和CaSO4质量分数的增加,绝缘子串闪络电压将明显提高;当可溶性物质污秽密度一定时,随着污秽成分中CaSO4质量分数的增加,积分电导率值减小;根据不同污秽成分对电导率的贡献,混合盐换算为等价的NaCl无法完全解释污秽成分对绝缘子污秽闪络电压的影响,因此在进行自然污秽测试时需考虑不同成分的物理化学特性以及对电弧发展影响等因素。该研究结果可供输电线路外绝缘的设计和选择参考。In order to study the pollution flashover performance of insulators polluted by different contaminants, using standard porcelain insulator XP-160, we measured the integral conductivity and flashover voltage of insulator under different salt densities and contaminations through artificial pollution tests, and then analyzed the effects of salt density and contamination constitution on integral conductivity and flashover voltage. The experimental results show that the flashover voltage grows apparently with increasing CaSO4 and/or decreasing NaCl. With a fixed density of soluble contaminant, constitution of the contamination affects the integral conductivity: with the increasing of CaSO4, the integral conductivity decreases. Converting the mixed salts to equivalent NaCl according to the devotions of the salt's components in conductivity cannot fully reflect the effect of contamination component on AC flashover. Therefore, for natural con- tamination tests, it is necessary to take the physical and chemical properties of contaminants as well as their influences on the propagation of partial arc into consideration. The results can be referred by insulation designing and selection for transmission lines.
