摘 要:为了寻找可代替SF6气体的气体绝缘介质,研制了一种可以自动切换电极和自动调整电极间距的小距离放电装置,并采用该装置对CO2气体进行工频耐压试验,得到体积分数为99.99%的CO2气体在不同电场、压强和电极间距下的击穿电压。结果表明,对于均匀电场,测量得到的CO2气体的绝缘强度与理论计算值基本相同,击穿电压与压强和电极间距呈正相关;当板–板电极间距为30 mm、压强为0.5 MPa时,CO2气体绝缘强度满足110 kV气体绝缘设备的工频耐压要求。对于稍不均匀电场,当压强为0.3、0.4 MPa时,CO2气体的绝缘强度相差不大;当压强为0.5 MPa时,绝缘强度开始升高;当压强为0.6 MPa时,绝缘强度明显升高。对于极不均匀电场,压强的增大对于击穿电压没有明显影响。In order to find a new kind of insulating gas substitute for SF6 gas, we developed a small-spacing (5-40 mm) discharge device, which could switch electrodes and adjust electrode spacing automatically, to test the power-frequency withstand voltage of CO2 gas. The breakdown voltages under different electric fields, different pressures, and different electrode spacing for CO2 gas of 99.99% volume fraction were obtained. The results reveal that, in uniform electric field, the measured insulation intensity of CO2 gas is similar to its theoretical value, and the breakdown voltage is positively correlated to the pressure and electrode spacing. With a 30mm spacing of plate-plate electrodes and pressure of 0.5 MPa, the dielectric strength of CO2 gas meets the requirement of power-frequency voltage-withstand of 110 kV gas insulation devices. In non-uniform electric field, the insulation intensity of CO2 hardly changes when pressure increases from 0.3 MPa to 0.4 MPa, but it increases slightly then obviously when pressure increases to 0.5 MPa and 0.6 MPa, respectively. In highly non-uniform electric field, the increase of pressure barely affects the breakdown voltage of CO2 gas.
