摘 要:通过正交优化设计试验,采用电通量法来评价煤矸石混凝土氯离子渗透性能。研究表明:水胶比对煤矸石混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响较为显著,硅灰掺量影响较大,煤矸石掺量和减水剂掺量对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能影响较小。制备最佳抗氯离子渗透性能的煤矸石混凝土组合为A1B1C1D3,即水胶比为0.30,煤矸石掺量为40%,减水分剂掺量为0.75%,硅灰掺量为7%,此时煤矸石混凝土的6h电通量为943.25C,具有较强的抗氯离子渗透能力。Electric flux test was used to explore the permeability to resistance chloride ion of coal gangne concrete which optimized by orthogonal experimental design.Studies have shown that water/binder ratio had a significant effect on the permeability to resistance the chloride ion of coal gangne concrete, the content of silica fume also had certain influence, the content of coal gangue and water reducing agent had a little influence on the permeability to resistance the chloride ion of concrete.The best preparation for coal gangue concrete to resistance chloride ion was A1B1C1D3,which W/C was 0.3 ,the content of coal gangue was 40% ,the content of water reducing agent was 0.75% and the dosage of silica fume was 7%.The 6 h electric flux of coal gangue concrete was 943.25 C and with strong ability to resist chloride ion penetration at this time.
