摘　　要：目的:观察益心康泰胶囊治疗痰瘀互结型便秘的疗效。方法:痰瘀互结便秘者分为两组,治疗组采用益心康泰胶囊,对照组采用麻仁软胶囊治疗。结果:经过1个疗程的治疗,其中治疗组患者大部分便秘或大便不爽感觉消失,便量有所增加或便软成条状,且每次排便时间缩短。对照组患者便秘情况未有很大改善。结论:益心康泰胶囊治疗痰瘀互结型便秘有很好的疗效,值得推广。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Yixinkangtai capsules in treating constipation caused by phlegm and stasis. Method：Patients with constipation caused by phlegm and stasis were divided into a treatment group treated with Yixinkangtai capsules and a control group treated with Maren soft capsules. Results：After a course of treatment, the majority of patients in the treatment group had no constipation or uncomfortable stool feeling;The amount of stool was increased or the stool was loose, and the time of each defecation was shortened.There was no significant improvement on the constipation symptoms of the patients in the control group. Conclusion：Yixinkangtai capsule can achieve a good clinical effect in treating constipation caused by phlegm and stasis and is worthy of promotion.
