摘　　要：目的:本文主要对溃疡性结肠炎患者采用白头翁汤加味治疗的相关情况展开分析讨论。方法:选择132例溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,对照组的50例患者给予美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服,观察组患者给予白头翁汤加味+美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,比较其治疗效果。结果:两组患者的治疗效果存在明显差异,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在对溃疡性结肠炎患者进行临床治疗时,白头翁汤加味+美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗具有较好的效果。Objective：This paper focuses on patients with ulcerative colitis Pulsatilla decoction of the relevant circumstances unfold discussed. Methods：132 cases of ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group of 50 patients given oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets, the observation group were treated with Pulsatilla Decoction＋mesalazine treatment of enteric-coated tablets, compare the therapeutic effect. Results：There were significant differences in the therapeutic effect, with statistical significance, Ρ〈0.05. Conclusion： In patients with ulcerative colitis clinical treatment, Pulsatilla Decoction ＋ mesalazine enteric-coated tablets therapy with good results.
