慢性肾小球肾炎应用中药疗法的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性肾小球肾炎应用中药疗法的临床作用效果。方法:回顾性总结在我院进行治疗的慢性肾小球肾炎患者50例治疗资料。结果:观察组治疗后血清肌酐平均水平为(90.1±6.6)c/umol/L,尿蛋白平均水平为(0.81±0.23)g/d,高倍镜下尿红细胞计数平均个数为(1.4±0.3)个,数据结果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药方剂小柴胡汤对慢性肾小球肾炎患者具有满意的I临床作用效果。objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods： To retrospectively summarize 50 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis treated in our hospital. Results： The average level of creatinine in the observation group was（90.1±6.6）c/umol/L after treatment, the average level of urinary protein was（0.81±0.23）g/d, and the average number of urinary red blood cell count at high magnification was（1.4±0.3）. The results were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Chinese medicinal formula Xiaochaihu Decoction has the satisfactory clinical effects to the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.
