摘　　要：总结名老中医苏立雷辨治骨折延迟愈合及骨不连临床经验。苏氏根据骨折延迟愈合及骨不连的病因病机,主张采取"扶正固本,内外合治"的综合疗法治疗。主要包括苏氏中药内服"早补养"法,苏氏中药外治法。To summarize the experience of the famous and elderly TCM expert Su Lilei in the treatment of delayed fracture healing and bone nonunion.According to the etiological factors and pathogenesis of delayed fracture healing and bone nonunion, expert Su adopts the comprehensive treatment that is “Supporting the Healthy Energy and Strengthen the Body Resistance, using internal and external therapeutic methods”which contain the method of“early invigoration”Su’s oral Chinese medicine and the external treatment method .
