泽漆汤证与癌性胸水所致咳嗽之探讨

摘　　要：泽漆汤见于《金匮要略》,主治"咳而脉沉",历代医家多认为此条文中泽漆汤用于治疗水饮内盛,壅遏肺气之咳嗽,现代医家常用它来治疗支气管炎、哮喘等肺系疾病。笔者通过对《金匮要略》中有关条文再次学习,认为泽漆汤证属癌性胸水引起的咳嗽上气的可能性大。而一些泽漆汤相关的基础实验研究、临床病例观察、药理研究等也支持这一观点。Zeqi Decoction is accounted in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber（Jin Gui Yao Lue）, attending cough accompanied by deep pulse,most ancient physicians argue that this clause is used in the treatment of cough caused by retained fluid and blocked lung Qi. The modern doctors commonly use it to treat bronchitis, asthma and other lung diseases.Through the relevant provisions in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,it is stated that the syndrome of Zeqi Decoction is probably the malignant pleural effusion caused by coughing and abnormal rising of qi.Some basic experimental researches, clinical observation,and pharmacological studies related to Zeqi Decoction support this view.
