温针结合红外线照射治疗顽固性咳嗽临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨温针灸结合红外线照射治疗顽固性咳嗽临床疗效与价值。方法:选择我院顽固性咳嗽病例120例,随机分为对照组与治疗组。分别给予常规治疗和在常规治疗基础上结合温针灸和红外线照射治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间等指标。结果:治疗组总有效率91.7%,显著优于对照组73.3%,且症状缓解起效时间及总病程均明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在常规治疗基础上配合温针灸和红外线照射可明显改善症状,加快恢复速度,并提高治疗效率。Objective：To discuss the curative effect and value of warmacupuncture combing with infrared radiation in the treatment of chronic cough.Methods：120 intractable cough cases were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group with given conventional therapy and warm acupuncture, infrared radiation combined with conventional therapy respectively. The clinical effect, duration of remission and the overall situation were compared. Results： The effective rate of treatment group （91.7%） was significantly higher than that of control group （73.3%） with shorter time of remission and overall situation （P〈0.01）. Conclusions：The clinical symptoms are obviously improved by warm acupuncture combing with infrared radiation based on conventional treatment with faster recovery and higher efficiency.
