谈多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验诊断冠心病的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验诊断冠心病的临床应用。方法：对2012年10月～2013年9月我院的疑似冠心病的39例患者，运用多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验进行检测。所用的检测设备是西门子SC2000彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，配备eSie LVA全自动左心定量分析软件。结果：39例疑似冠心病患者，检测阳性为33例，检测率为84.6%。结论：多巴酚丁胺超声心动图负荷试验具有检测时间短，检测结果可靠，受试者的不良反应较小，具有较强的临床推广意义。Objective：To assess clinical application of dobutamine stress echocardiography test in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods：39 patients with suspected coronary artery disease from October 2012 to September 2013 in our hospital were detected by dobutamine echocardiography stress test detected by Siemens SC2000 color Doppler ultrasonography with eSie LVA left ventricular automatic quantitative analysis software. Results 33 cases were tested positive from 39 cases patients with suspected coronary artery disease and the detection rate was 84.6%. Conclusion：Dobutamine echocardiography stress test has the advantages of short duration, reliable test results, less adverse reactions with a strong clinical significance.
