麻黄连翘赤小豆汤对慢性肾小球肾炎血清及尿液TGF-β1的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎后血清及尿液TGF-β1的变化水平,阐述麻黄连翘赤小豆汤的作用机制。方法:将50例慢性肾炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组25例采用麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗,对照组25例服用雷公藤多苷治疗,疗程2个月。结果:治疗组患者血清及尿液TGF-β1浓度下降优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麻黄连翘赤小豆汤能有效改善慢性肾小球肾炎患者系膜增生程度及间质炎症。Objective：To study the change level of serum and urine TGF-β1 after the treatment of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction in chronic glomerulonephritis and clarify the therapeutic mechanism of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction. Methods Fifty cases were randomized into two groups：a treatment group with 25 cases were treated with Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction and a control group with 25 cases were treated with tripterygium glycosides tablets, two months as a course.Results serum and urine protein TGF-β1 concentration of the treatment group was reduced , better than that in control group（P〈0.O5）.Conclusion Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of mesangial proliferation and interstitial inflammation of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.
